Miley Cyrus - 2009 North American Tour
SHUTTLE INFORMATION FOR MILEY CYRUS Shuttles will be running for both Miley Cyrus and Cityfest this Saturday, October 24. We will be running shuttles to and from the arena, due to the large number of people attending the Miley Cyrus concert at Verizon Arena and Cityfest taking place on the North Shore Riverwalk. These buses will be school buses running to and from the arena on Saturday from 12 noon until 11pm. Due to the large number of people attending Cityfest and Miley Cyrus, parking around the arena will be extremely limited. We strongly suggest you get to the building early. Doors open at 5:00pm and the show starts at 7:00pm. The Little Rock shuttle stop is at Scott and Markham in downtown Little Rock. The North Little Rock shuttle stop is located at the NLR East Campus, 2400 Lakeview Road (behind Target) The Shuttle drop off and pick up at the arena are both on Riverfront Drive and Olive Street. After the concert, if you park at the East Campus, please get on the bus marked North Little Rock. If you park in Little Rock, please get on the bus marked Little Rock. ROAD CLOSINGS There will be one road closing next to the arena. From Washington Avenue and Riverfront Drive (at the 4 way stop) all the way to Riverfront Drive and Karrot. This road will be closed from 8:00am on Saturday, October 24 through midnight on Saturday night.
THE ENTIRE EVENT IS PAPERLESS
PAPERLESS TICKET WILL BE USED FOR THE MILEY CYRUS CONCERT ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24.
Miley Cyrus/AEG is using Paperless Ticket to help ensure fans purchasing designated seats will be able to secure tickets at face value. Seats delivered with Paperless Ticket will not be transferable.
Step 1:
Buy your tickets using a credit card online at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000. PAPERLESS TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE VERIZON ARENA BOX OFFICE OR AT ANY TICKETMASTER OUTLETS (You will receive an email after you place your order that will give you your order number, the number of tickets you purchased, the total charge and your seat location.) PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT EVER RECEIVE A PAPER TICKET!
Step 2:
Bring the credit card used to purchase your tickets and a valid photo ID to Verizon Arena the night of the event. (SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24 @ 7:00PM)
Step 3:
Go directly to the doors at the main entrance with your guest, present your ID and swipe your credit card for entry. (There will be doors marked PAPERLESS TICKET ENTRY)
There will be a PARENT ROOM provided for the Miley Cyrus concert scheduled at Verizon Arena on Saturday, October 24. This is a room provided for parents who did not wish to purchase a ticket for this event but who have children coming to the concert.
Guidelines for Parent Room:
There will be no admittance into the room until doors are open for the concert (check with the area website at www.alltelarena.com or call 975-9000 for door time).
Parents wanting access to the Parent Room must enter the Washington Street Box Office Tunnel Entrance with their child.
Parents will be required to sign in and at that point, parents and child will be wrist banded.
It is extremely important that Parents understand that they MUST stay in the designated room.
Parents will not be allowed to go to the seating areas to check on their children nor will children attending the concert be allowed to go back and forth from the arena to the parent room. However, if there is an emergency, Arena staff will make sure parents/children will be able to communicate to each other. Make sure you know your child's seat location and please designate a place to meet your child after the concert is over.
A TV will be set up for the parents as well as popcorn and assorted drinks.
PLEASE REMEMBER: The Parent Room is a courtesy provided for this event. If parents wish to take advantage of this service, they must understand and follow the rules and guidelines listed above.
These rules are put in to place in order to provide a safe environment for both parents and children attending this concert.
